Tasting notes:

Colour & Appearance: Rich amber.

Nose / Aroma / Smell: Full with light, warm smoke, fruits, heather, and caramel.

Flavor / Taste / Palate: Peat with ripe pear, and honey with oaky citrus zest and a bit of vanilla.

Finish: Light and short with a lingering aroma.
