Martini Bianco Vermouth is a classic aromatic medium-dry Italian vermouth, which is a delicate blend of white wine, herbs and vanilla and is slightly sweeter because of it. The Italian style of Bianco Vermouth (spicy, with a little sweetness) offers an alternative to the extra dry style for a range of cocktails.
Vermouth can be used both: in its pure form, and as a part of cocktails. In its pure form, it can be used as an appetizer, a little chilled, with the addition of ice cubes. You can also add a few drops of lemon juice and a slice of orange.
