Nose : The juniper is light and sweet, supported by touches of chopped mint, fresh citrus and floral hints.
Palate: It opens with candied peels and angelica, with warm cinnamon and white pepper building to a spicy mid palate. Subtle fruity notes throughout.
Finish: Suitably drying on the finish, with lasting notes of liquorice and lemon zest.
