Kendall Jackson Vintner Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon has aged 16 months in French (69%) oak barrels, American (30%) oak barrels, and stainless steel. 89% Sonoma County, 8% Mendocino County, 3% Napa Valley. Artisan winemaking techniques, such as cold soaking and extending maceration were used to enhance and simultaneously soften the tannins, deepen the colour and intensify the flavors. 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Cabernet Franc, 4% Malbec, 4% Petit Verdot, 1% Merlot.
